Les calendriers grecs et byzantins font mention d’une sainte Natalie, dont le prénom Natacha est un diminutif.

Épouse de saint Adrien, martyr à Nicomédie (auj. Izmit en Turquie) vers 300, avec vingt-trois compagnons, qui protégea des prisonniers chrétiens dans la résidence impériale de Dioclétien à Nicomédie.
